Who is it for?

Are you interested in health and wellbeing? Maybe you have health issues and are curious about how to support your body to feel better, or worry about how to keep your family healthy and well? This course is for anyone who’d like to learn about supporting their own wellbeing. There are no pre-requisites – everyone is welcome.

What will I learn?

Go beyond the standard advice about diet and exercise and find out what REALLY matters in keeping you and your loved ones fit and healthy now, and long into the future. Discover potentially life-changing information with a trainer who has personal lived-experience of regaining her own health and wellbeing through these transformative diet and lifestyle practices.

Focusing on the latest research into the science of nutrition and wellbeing, we will dig deeper into how simple food and lifestyle choices really can keep you well. You’ll learn about:

  • what nutrition means and why it’s important for our health
  • which foods can help to keep us well and which contribute to disease
  • what toxins are and why they matter
  • what happens in our gut and why it’s crucial for health
  • supporting our minds and bodies holistically through sleep, movement and self-care strategies
  • how the immune system works and how it can help or harm us
