How to Enrol
You can reserve a place on one of our courses through our website, by emailing us at [email protected] or by calling us on 01572 758122.
Reservations will be held for seven working days, during which time you must contact us to make your payment and complete your enrolment. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Qualification Courses
If you are reserving a place on one of our qualification courses, a member of staff will also contact you to arrange a pre-course skills check. Your place is not secured until these assessments, enrolment paperwork and funding eligibility is confirmed.
If you decide to enrol, you are accepting that RACL may not be able to provide the services or programmes outlined in promotional materials in a range of circumstances, including low class numbers, staff sickness, industrial action, severe weather conditions or any circumstances that may affect the health and safety of staff or learners. All courses are subject to a minimum number of enrolments being received.

Enrol via email
Download and fill in our Learning Agreement (enrolment form) and read our Learner Handbook. We cannot process your enrolment until you have confirmed that you have read and agree to the contents of our Learner Handbook.

Once completed, please send your Learning Agreement to us via email ([email protected]), or post it in the postbox inside Rutland County Council’s Customer Services in an envelope marked for Adult and Community Learning.
Please do this before paying for your course.
Enrol by phone
If you would rather complete an enrolment form with a member of staff over the phone, please call us on 01572 758122 between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. We can also take your payment at the same time.
Pay for your course
Once you have completed and returned your Learning Agreement, please call us on 01572 758122 with a payment card to hand and we will process your payment over the phone.
Your place is not guaranteed until we have received your payment.
