Who is it for?
This course is for adults interested in learning about what mindfulness is and how it can help with wellbeing.
What will I learn?
You’ll discover what mindfulness is and explore the basic neuroscience of how mindfulness works in the brain. You’ll also learn some simple tools of mindfulness practice, how you can work with these and how to practice mindfulness on a daily basis.
What can I do after this?
You could use your newly-gained skills to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. If you wanted to continue developing your skills, you could also join RALSS’ follow-on course, Mindfulness for Wellbeing which covers more advanced Mindfulness tools and techniques, or find courses with other providers.
