Who is it for?
This course is for anyone who wants to improve their Digital skills and gain an Entry 3 or Level 1 qualification. Your ICT skills will be assessed before you start the course.
What will I learn?
You will learn how to carry out a variety of day-to-day digital tasks: keeping safe and secure online, staying in touch with friends and family, managing files and folders, creating and editing documents, solving connectivity problems and more.
What could I do after this?
Your new skills could be used at home or at work, whether that’s applying for jobs, entering the workforce for the first time or advancing your career.
You could also progress onto a higher-level ICT qualification or gain your Functional Skills English or Maths qualifications if you are eligible. Courses are available through RALSS or other providers such as GoLearn! (Leicestershire), Leicester Adult Education, Leicester College, 2aspire (Lincolnshire) or WEA.
