Who is it for?

This course is for adults aged 19+ who would like to progress in or onto employment and wish to gain skills that can be used in the workplace.


What will I learn?

The course will focus on the three main areas of Communication, Teamwork and the ability to develop problem solving strategies to help to navigate the workplace.

You will practice using appropriate workplace language and develop good listening skills. Throughout the course you will be supported to identify your strengths and discover how you can use these to complete tasks and contribute towards your team. Working individually and as a team you will learn to solve simple work–related problem scenarios, discuss the structure of the workplace and who might be able to help with work related problems.
