Who it’s for:
This course is suitable for learners with some experience of floristry already. They should have previously attended a workshop or ‘floristry for beginners’ course, or have worked with a group or society.
What you’ll learn:
In this 5-week course, you will design and make a handtied bouquet suitable for a wedding, wrist/handbag corsages, a continental parallel display and a modern front facing hand tied.
Intermediate level learners have the opportunity to explore their own design styles and interpret the briefs to suit their taste. On completion you should feel more confident in your use of new and existing floristry skills and have a broader knowledge of design principals used in floristry. In addition you should also be able to identify varieties of flowers and foliage used, and have an awareness of their uses for specific projects.
