Information, Advice or Guidance is designed for people who work in, or wish to work in, roles where providing information, advice or guidance is necessary. It will increase learners’ knowledge and understanding of some of the key principles of providing information, advice or guidance services, including effective communication, accurate record-keeping and effective signposting and referral.

Our online distance learning courses allow learners to boost their skills and enhance their CV with the flexibility of studying where and when they like. They take a maximum of 16 weeks to complete and, upon successful achievement, learners will gain a nationally-recognised Level 2 qualification.
