This qualification is ideal for those who wish to learn how to improve their personal health and well-being, by introducing them to the importance of health and well-being and how to improve in this area. It enables learners to gain knowledge and understanding of the positive effects of exercise on long-term health and well-being, and implementing an exercise plan with the appropriate nutritional requirements.

Course content:

  • Understand health, wellbeing and exercise
  • Understand the role of nutrition in exercise
  • Plan and prepare for personal exercise and nutrition

Our online distance learning courses allow learners to boost their skills and enhance their CV with the flexibility of studying where and when they like. They take a maximum of 16 weeks to complete and, upon successful achievement, learners will gain a nationally-recognised Level 2 qualification.

This course is fully funded (free) for learners who meet eligibility criteria.
