Who is it for?
The AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Accounting is suitable for anyone wishing to begin their career in accountancy or finance, or anyone already working in an entry-level finance role who wishes to gain formal recognition of their skills and progress in their career. It is also suitable for anyone looking to undertake further study in this area.
What will I learn?
This qualification comprises five units:

- Elements of Costing
- Using Accounting Software
- Work Effectively in Finance
You will learn about processing customer and supplier transactions, using control accounts, using cost recording techniques, processing sales and purchases transactions using accounting software, understanding corporate social responsibility (CSR), ethics and sustainability within organisations, and more.
