Duration: 15-18 Months

Employer gives the apprentice the right level of support and experience to be able to complete the portfolio to the level required. Portfolio of Evidence – such as: emails, letters, reports, presentations, and appraisal, information and witness testimonials. There is a list of learning outcomes to be covered. Candidates will attend weekly workshops to work towards the Level 3 Diploma for the Business Administrator and have monthly mentoring appointments.End point Assessment comprises of three components. Both components must be passed for the apprentice to be deemed competent. The Employer decides when the Apprentice is ready for the End Point Assessment. Apprentices without English or Maths at Level 2 must achieve this prior to taking the end point assessment.
