It is suitable for a wide range of learners from many backgrounds and experience, although they should not be outright beginners. Whether for work or leisure, our ITQ allows you to select what you want to learn and will make you a confident user across a range of information and communication technology and software applications.

ITQ is an established (and nationally recognised) qualification for people using computers at work. As an IT Apprentice you will receive support and guidance from both a College Tutor and Assessor to help you build your course portfolio. The Business Administration Apprenticeship takes a minimum of 12 months and 1 day to complete.

What levels are available to study?

  • Intermediate – Level 2 IT
  • Advanced – Level 3 IT
