Certificates & Diplomas

Working in partnership with Stamford College, we’re responsible for promoting employer-responsive provision within Rutland and the surrounding areas. 

As well as apprenticeships, we offer Level 2 and 3 Certificates and Diplomas for anyone aged 19+.  These can be undertaken if you are a paid employee or a volunteer working for at least 6 hours per week. 

Qualifications available:

  • Accounting and Bookkeeping, Levels 2 – 4
  • Business Administration, Level 2 and 3
  • Customer Service, Level 2 and 3
  • Early Years Practitioner (Level 2) or Educator (Level 3)
  • Information Technology, Level 2 and 3
  • Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools, Levels 2 – 4

We also offer a range of distance learning Level 2 Certificates, which are studied entirely online and are free to learners who meet our eligibility criteria.

    There are various means of financial support available to help you study. For Level 3 qualifications, there is an Advanced Learner Loan available for learners aged 19 and over to fund the cost of their training. This Loan is most popular with those studying accounting courses accredited by AATFor learners aged 19-23, there may be entitlement to full funding for Level 2 and 3 courses, depending on prior educational attainment. There may also be entitlement for Level 2 courses if you are unemployed, aged 19+ and claiming Job Seekers’ Allowance, ESA or Universal Credit, or are the dependant of a claimant.
